EMS IVTracer

IVTracer : Supervision of measurements

IVTracer is a monitoring system (EMS) that makes it possible to harmonise all the GMP measures of a pharmaceutical industrial site.
In compliance with good manufacturing practices (annex 11) for the supervision of temperatures, humidities, pressures, particle counting, purified water, conductivities, velocities, flow rates, as well as all ON OFF signals alarms.

Control of the system

- Secure data transmission.
- Redundant servers.
- Autonomous PLCs for several days.
- Alarm generation and light column control.
- Bufferization of measurements and alarms.

Measurement control

- Collection of sensor data.
- Daily control of archived data integrity.
- Integration of analog measurements (4-20 mA, 0-10V, TOR...).
- Integration of fixed and mobile particle counters.
- Compatibility with digital probes (Ethernet, radio, WIFI...).
- Compatibility with all Modbus communicating systems.

Interaction with users

- Alert in case of anomaly
- Control of the production environment
- Real time data visualization
- Consultation of historical data: reports, trends...
- Validation of conformity: audit trail, 21 CFR PART 11

IVTracer: An intuitive EMS interface

Accessible in a controlled manner from any web browser (connection to the internal network or Cloud connection), the ergonomics of IVTracer has been designed to respond in a simple and intuitive way to the needs of monitoring in an industrial environment.

Designed and developed by the NetCeler team of engineers, simple to use, this complete solution offers a quick and efficient way to get started.

The software architecture offers functions to :

  • Guarantee the traceability chain from sensors to databases
  • Optimise the control of the production environment through regular automatic measurements
  • Monitor data in real time
  • Finely manage alarm triggers (alarms, pre-alarms, appearance and disappearance delay, hysteresis, high and low thresholds, etc.)

IVTracer: A harmonised system

The IVTracer solution provides a unique and harmonised environmental monitoring platform within a site with the possibility of simply integrating new measurements and measurements from existing equipment (transmitters, multichannel recorders, etc.).

Once implemented, the IVTracer solution is very simple to upgrade thanks to its technology for automatically distributing changes to the various elements of the system.

For optimum efficiency, this infrastructure can be shared between several buildings or production sites, on central servers.

Each building must then simply connect its measurement probes (wired or radio), without requiring re-qualification of the central software. This represents significant savings.

On an industrial site, IVTracer is capable of managing several thousand critical monitoring points and is constantly evolving to meet the demands of its customers.

IVTracer is not linked to any probe manufacturer and therefore allows the implementation of a solid, independent, durable, easy to maintain and upgradeable GMP monitoring solution.

IVTracer: Factory 4.0 Monitoring

By benefiting from the architectural choices made from the outset and a technical team trained in the latest web and IoT technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OPC-UA, MQTT, etc.). IVTracer enables the company to adapt to the interoperability requirements necessary to meet the challenges of Plant 4.0 while maintaining the reliability of the processing chains for critical GMP data.

The new product architecture allow to maintain a strong autonomy of the local production unit with an integration in a communicating logic of all the services of the industrial (EO) and office automation (IT) network.
